I had the pleasure of being assisted by Giada at Bialetti Euroma2, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, she warmly greeted me with reasonably good English, which made my moka pot and ground coffee purchases effortless. Her thoughtful gesture of offering in-store coffee samples added a personal and memorable touch to my visit. I couldn't resist bringing home two bags of Bialetti's aromatic chocolate-flavored ground coffee, and it has quickly become a favorite. I wholeheartedly recommend Bialetti Coffee Outlet to anyone passing through Euroma2 in Rome, and I'm eagerly looking forward to returning for more coffee delights in the future. Giada's exceptional service has left a lasting impression.
