I had a very unpleasant experience at this Bialetti store. I had previously bought a few products at another Bialetti location and forgot to request the tax-free refund. When I went back to the original store, they told me they couldn’t process it anymore, so I tried my luck at this store. When I explained the situation to the employee(it seems to have been the manager because of the way he presented himself) who attended me, instead of simply and politely saying that it wasn’t possible because the purchase was made at another store, he became visibly annoyed and treated me in a very rude manner. There is no excuse for poor customer service. A simple and respectful explanation would have been more than enough. Very disappointing experience Service: 1

We asked the store clerk if we could try the coffee and she gave us a sample, then the store owner shouted at us saying that it wasnt for public use and ashamed us of being thieves. After understanding the situation he didnt even apologize and watched us with a weird look the whole time. We were shocked Service: 1
