Whilst travelling through Italy we purchased some items at Bialetti in Pisa that we discovered were defective. Despite our own research indicating we would not be able to exchange our items at another store, the lady was extremely helpful in allow us to do so. Bialetti seriously needs to review this policy as this is such an important process for tourists who are constantly moving. The original man we asked denied our request but after talking to the manager (I am guessing) she enabled us to. If only all customers could have the experience we had with her. Service: 5
