"TOP PROFESSIONALISM!!!" I'll start by saying that, as I do a very demanding job, I rarely find myself reviewing something for obvious reasons of time... but, this time, I just can't help myself from doing it! I was just today in the Viale Libia store... having a problem with the handle of a coffee pot... interfacing with a sales assistant (I think her name was EMANUELA): few times have I found an employee so courteous and professional to the point of making it seem problem almost as if it were his! We are so used to a context of superficiality that, when we find the clear opposite, it cannot fail to catch our eye! I don't think there is any need to add anything else: well done...really good!!!
