You can come to this bar after visiting Lake Erie Islands Historical Society. Guests state that they like German cuisine here. Try perfectly cooked bratwurst and good sausages to form your opinion about Biergarten at the Boathouse. Nothing can be better than ordering tasty Brezeln and good ice cream. Drink delicious draft beer, it's a must when visiting this place.

A perfect stop that offers German cuisine and drinks plus a shady spot to enjoy them. We stopped and enjoyed a few drinks which were very tasty as well as had an authentic pretzel! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

My favorite bar on Putt in Bay. It is the perfect German beer garden. Not only was I able to get a large liter of German beer, but play corn hole and relax. They had a huge beer selection and plenty of other options. A must visit. PROST! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a couple beautiful days on the island this past week and I enjoyed absolutely the best margarita at Biergarten at the Boathouse! The bartender was terrific, very friendly and helpful; she showed me the brand of tequila for the really refreshing drink. The food was great as well. I highly recommend Biergarten at the Boathouse, and please try the margarita. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
