I went here on a Friday at 4:30 pm. It was pretty empty. Jasmine was our server who was not the friendliest but you can’t expect all servers to be warm and smiling. The calamari was excellent as well as the slaw that accompanied it. The pretzel was delicious. You must try the beers that they brew in-house. The only downside, and the reason I rated 4 stars, was that happy hour which is from 4-6pm, is only at the bar area. And although the bar itself was already full, all the high tops in the bar area were empty but they had no server to cover the tables so we were essentially ‘forced’ to not enjoy the happy hour prices which was literally the reason we went at 4:30. Patio seating was nice, sure but we would’ve rather spent less money. Defeated the purpose of happy hour. Our family foodies recommended BBBC. 100% DELIGHTFUL. The menu has something for everyone's favorite. The staff charming and atmosphere ...well we didn't want to leave! I say put it on your list!! We are new to the area and Big Bear Brewing Company has quickly become a favorite. Tough to get seated Friday or Saturday nights so we tend to go midweek. Great food, excellent service . We highly recommend.
