I ordered Goat biryani, noodleburger and paneer wrap. The wrap and the burger was awful the burger was soggy and noodles were undercooked. The wrap has too much food colour and too oily not edible and the taste was also not what we expected. I ended up throwing everything to compost. I ordered Samosas online on Uber Eats I noticed their prices have gone up but still decided to order because of good experience before. But very disappointed this time. The Samosas were over-fried and tasteless. Just wasted my money. Regret ordering from them. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

It saddens me to write this because my partner and I really love Big Bite Samosa. It is one of our favourite indian cuisine in the city. However, they just lost 2 customers. My partner and I each ordered a meal with rice and masala fries. When he goes to pick up his food-they tell him they are out of palak paneer. It cost $17.95. They did not call to notify us before heading for pick up. And doordash only gave back half the amount of money. Also we did not get masala fries -only regular fries. After 15 minutes with chat support they said they could not refund as the full amount. So I called the restaurant, and told them what happened, and that we couldn't have dinner together-because my partner did not get his food. And that they could have given him a free meal in place of the one they didn't have. She kept insisting it is Doordash's fault-and I kept telling her, no actually, it's not. The restaurant is responsible fot calling the customer well ahead of time to let them know the situation, then my partner could have picked something else. She did not apologise or even correct the issue we had. So basically we lost more than half our money(including fries) and no meal. And now you lost 2 customers!!! Beware of ordering for pickup/delivery, because they do not care about their customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
