I am not normally in the area and had never heard of this place. The food was ready quickly and the employee was very courteous. It is so much better than something I could have ordered at a chain! I will be back!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5

The food and service is always amazing here. Food is always fresh and Sam Is such a great guy. Me and my husband go here all the time. He got the shrimp basket and i got the nashville chicken sandwich with no bread, extra slaw and a lettuce bun. So accommodating and you can tell he genuinely enjoys his job and cooking. Big Bites is hands down one of the most underrated halal spots in Cleveland. The consistency here is unmatched. I’ve never had a miss! The quality is always on point, portions are generous, and the flavors are incredible. But what really sets Big Bites apart is the owner. He’s genuinely one of the coolest people you’ll meet, and he always makes sure your plate is blessed. You can tell he takes real pride in his food and his customers.
