Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters offer perfectly cooked steak salads, steaks and chicken here. The good staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The nice service shows a high level of quality at this steakhouse. The spectacular atmosphere is to be found here. But Big Boy has been rated below average by Google.

As soon as I entered, I was surprised at how dirty the kitchen floor was! The salad bar remains empty without being replaced, when will it be refilled? The store clerk doesn't seem to notice at all. The steak was overcooked and tough and not tasty. I used to have a good impression of Big Boy at another store, but I'm very disappointed.
