We had a great experience at Big Boy's! Our server, Jessica, was absolutely outstanding. She was very polite, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a smile and provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The food was also very good. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The portions were generous, and the quality was excellent. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a comfortable atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Jessica was an absolutely amazing server. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel welcomed and valued. Breanna was also a fantastic manager who was professional, approachable, and clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. It’s obvious that she leads by example and supports her team well. I would definitely look forward to coming back because of them! My first and last visit to this location was yesterday and I feel bad my sister treated me out because it wasn't worth the $! From the sticky floors due to a poor mop job, to the jail house salad bar with barely anything for it, to the cold soup, to the waitress never asking us about refills the entire time and phew! Its a lot when all we wanted was a nice salad bar lunch for belated mother's day gift. Hot mess, not the big boys we know and love. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
