There were a lot of things that felt strange, like the staff talking in a low voice, no guidance for children's chairs, and sheets of mysterious paper left scattered on the floor of the salad bar corner, but the steak was grilled. I was surprised when the stone was placed right in front of my 8 month old child. I like the taste of Big Boy, so I would like them to properly educate themselves on basic customer service.
