This is the best cafe in Basingstoke! The breakfasts are always of the same high quality and the coffee is good. All the staff are friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend! Went in there this morning. I was told I had to have a little table for one on corridor part of cafe. There were three empty larger tables. Im NOT happy. I have disabilities but when spoke to manager his only response was "Fridays are busy so no" . What a great way to deal with customers . Obviously money come over customer care. AVOID this place if you have any disability they don't care. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time coming to Big Chef Cafe. Very happy with the service, friendly staff, very quick and efficient! Didn’t get any photos but really happy with the food! Even got brought a free shot of ice cream!
