I rarely post reviews, but we went to big daddy’s a week ago and it was the worst food I’ve ever been served. Not only did it take nearly an hour to get our food (a plain cheeseburger and chicken tenders) but the burger came with none of toppings listed, but both dishes were completely cold. The chicken tenders were literally refrigerator temp in the center, and the burger tasted like it was nuked in a microwave. There were maybe 4 other customers there so I’m not sure what caused the hold up, but the quality of food was frankly unacceptable. Really bummed because it sounds like this place is generally pretty good and came recommended to us, maybe we caught them on an off day. Otherwise, the gentleman who served us was very pleasant and it had a cozy atmosphere. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

If you want a good burger, go to BIG DADDY's. Great customer service. We ordered here 2x while visiting Rhinelander. The Elvis Burger was our fav! The eggrolls are awesome! See you next time!
