Big Eats Barbecue delivers on flavor, especially with their soups, which are a highlight of the menu. However, the service leaves much to be desired. During our visit, we ordered a large bowl of soup but weren’t provided with a ladle, leaving us to awkwardly use regular spoons to serve ourselves. Additionally, we requested that the Pata be chopped into pieces for easier serving, and while they initially agreed, they didn’t follow through with the request. While the food is undeniably good, the lack of attention to customer requests and basic service details detracts from the overall experience.
