We normally go to big Papa's for kebabs/Donner/milkshake etc. but today I ordered 2 pizzas. They were so bland and the bread was obviously not fresh. Disappointed as their stuff is normally good. I'd recommend this place for anything other than pizzas. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from Big Papas at a weekend and the 2nd time our order have been over 1 hour later than their initial estimated time. Each time it's been over 2 hours since the order was placed that the items have arrived. The member of staff who answered the phone was very polite and most apologetic and said they had taken on extra staff since April, when the first incident was, but evidently not enough. It's a real shame that their delivery is so appalling because their food is excellent.
