Big Red's Poutine

Hi J.G., We do not scam or shortchange anyone. Our staff handle every transaction with care, and if there’s ever any confusion, it’s possible the change ended up in a pocket or was simply misplaced. Whenever a concern is raised, we’re happy to review and resolve it right away, as we did with you. Our staff are trained to put the customer first, which is why they give the money twice without hesitation. Your claim about “trying the same thing again with another family” doesn’t sound like a genuine dining experience, but rather an attempt to discredit us. We encourage all guests to double-check their change on the spot, and our focus will always remain on making sure people leave happy. Big Red’s Poutine Team
