The worst delivery ever. The delivery guy was insulting me. Because someone asked him to deliver to me and he said I have to pay for the delivery. I told him I had no idea about the delivery. He called and a worker there told him to leave the parcel anywhere around

Warm reception from ordering to pick up.super sweet chocolate and strawberry cake.You actually taste the strawberry and the cake was moist.We all enjoyed it.

The female dog who owns this bakery is extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a chocolate birthday cake for a birthday party (ordered it through WhatsApp so there was no reason for the mix up) and her illiterate self delivered a strawberry cake instead. We obviously didn’t find out till we cut the cake at the party. When I messaged the sense less poor excuse for a female, not once did she apologize for her mistake. Her response was if we haven’t cut the cake yet then I should pay for it to be picked and returned to her. Once it’s sold then she will replace it. I was shocked. She has poor ratings here for a reason and has changed her Instagram account name to Cake by Ivy. Buys be warned.
