I enjoyed grilled clams, salmon and avocado tartare, octopus kimchi, and an ajillo of oysters and mushrooms, along with some beer and sake. Every dish was delicious. The sake was Kan-Nihonkai, a super dry sake from Shimane. “Super dry” can mean different things depending on the brew, but this one had a nice depth of rice flavor that made it very enjoyable.
