The breakfast is pretty good except the tortilla isn’t fresh , there store bought in package, I returned a taco because the tortilla was cold and looked like it was served straight out the package. One lady came out and asked me “ so the tortilla was cold and I said yes” , she took the taco walked back and not even 5 seconds later walked back out , handed me the taco. I went sat down and ate the inside ingredients but left the tortilla there on the table , ice cold and raw looking as it did. I haven’t been back there since , it freaked me out since I went there 3 times a week for a quick breakfast and back to work. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I want to take this time to share a few words about Frank Ybarra, the manager at this Bill Miller’s. He is very professional and the store always looks extremely clean. The service here is amazing. I will go out of my way to come to this Bill Miller‘s even when I am closer to another location. Mr Ybarra personally serves his customers and gets to know them very well. If I could put 10 stars I would.
