Well for start someone teach the manager how treat staff we was in last night and we heard him shout at these 2 girls i think one always brings our food lovely girl glasses dark hair we go in alot but they must have a min because was quiet and he shouted at them both and said go home god I was so mad all our family go in here he needs start treating staff nicer they all work very hard in there he could have a quick work at back say dont let me see u again doing this there poor parents what have drive out prob not down road what awful person I have put this on reviews of pub too he needs to change you dont add like that as manager shout at people classed as a bully and its wonder all staff done this too there dad's haven't sorted him out

my son worked for you all over Christmas and new year. worked really hard never late came in at short notice. worked very hard wasn't given the chance to cook or prep food like he was told he would. no tips where shared waitresses coming in the kitchen with £25 tips not sharing. the way the owner and the kitchen staff spoke to my son and other staff members was very rude foul and unprofessional swearing at young staff members caring them vile names NO wonder they are always looking for staff one day they will get reported to the brewery licensing board amd trading standards absolutely disgusting NOT let your child work HERE

The Billinge Arms was the venue for my daughters 21st birthday. All the staff went over and above to provide tip top service before, during and after the event. The hot buffet was absolutely delicious and was praised by all the guests. I would not hesitate to recommend The Billinge Arms to anyone looking for a venue to host a special event. Particular thanks to Anoush and Abhed for making everything so perfect. We can’t wait to hold our next family party here
