Try good fried catfish, sliced brisket and coleslaw at this bbq. Many visitors suppose that the cobbler is tasty. Clients don't highly appreciate ice tea at Billy Ray's Catfish & BBQ - Tulsa.

Very nice people and a good atmosphere. The catfish is good but if you are expecting BBQ, this is not it. If rub is actually used, you can't taste it. And if it's actually smoked, you can't taste that either. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

My husband and I have eaten at Billy Ray's several times. We have always had good service and great food.

when billys rays was located at 15th st for a short time. I told the guy at the drive thru that last order had a lot of grissel in it. so they gave me my bbq sandwiches and I drove home. opened it up to out sauce on it and 2, 12 inch long gray hairs were layed across my sandwich. that old lady intentional did it! husband wouldn't let me go back and call the cops to see it! anyone who does that is nasty! they lost a lot of business after that and closed down. we will never eat at billy rays again. nasty old women his wife! reported her to the health dept they shut them down. lol
