My husband and I have eaten at Billy Ray's several times. We have always had good service and great food.

when billys rays was located at 15th st for a short time. I told the guy at the drive thru that last order had a lot of grissel in it. so they gave me my bbq sandwiches and I drove home. opened it up to out sauce on it and 2, 12 inch long gray hairs were layed across my sandwich. that old lady intentional did it! husband wouldn't let me go back and call the cops to see it! anyone who does that is nasty! they lost a lot of business after that and closed down. we will never eat at billy rays again. nasty old women his wife! reported her to the health dept they shut them down. lol
