My experience at "Billy Gin Bowling Alley" on December 29, 2023 was simply disastrous. After waiting patiently for 45 minutes, we were finally given a line to play with my family. However, our joy was short-lived, since after just 10 minutes of play, the line broke down. Incredible! After making us wait another agonizing 30 minutes, they moved us to another line, something that should have been handled more efficiently from the start. We had requested from the beginning to consider a second hour, but it seemed that the team could not even anticipate their own needs. The lack of foresight is disconcerting. When we finally got tired of waiting and approached the front desk staff and waitlist to file a complaint, we were met with incredible indifference. Apparently, the lack of validity in our claim was due to them being "short" with two lines failing out of the six available. What a pathetic excuse to ruin a client's night! Although the place has a nice appearance, the reality is that it is too small to call itself a bowling alley. Boleroma itself is a parody of what a professional establishment should be. The pins appear to be tied together with strings, and when you throw the ball, the resulting spin is so strange it makes you question if you've ever bowled before. In summary, "Billy Gin Bowling Alley" may seem like a nice place at first glance, but after experiencing its lack of organization, poor customer service, and a bowling alley that feels more like a science experiment than a professional bowling alley, I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. no one looking for an enjoyable bowling experience.
