We’ve ordered several times at Express. We love the Hastings location food so we were excited to have an option here in Red Wing. We have small children so order a Level 1 spice, and adults add what they like. The spice level is off the charts! We’ve spent hundreds actually, with a family of 7. And had to throw some out that looked delicious but was (what I would consider), level 5. And I love jalapeños! I could eat it and all I tasted was heat, not the food— both Pad Thai and Curry dishes. The kids could not eat at all so had to make another dinner. It seems like young people cooking and maybe they are not sensitive to spice issues. I’ve never had this problem in Hastings. We stopped in for dinner for the first time tonight. We all had orange chicken with fried rice. The fried rice was terrible and the chicken tasted and had a texture like it was from the day before and microwaved. Heard good things about the place and everyone was excited for it to come to Red Wing. Certainly wasn't worth the $80 we spent as a family for takeout. Food: 1

First time at Bimi Thai Express. We ordered the Thai basil fried rice, spicy chicken lomein, beef pad si eiw, and the pork egg rolls. Everything was soo very good. Food came out fast and hot. Large portions. So happy to have awesome Thai food in town! I forgot to take photos. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
