Hipster atmosphere. I didn't really like the chicken meatball skewers (even though they're my favorite yakitori in general), nor the grilled onigiri... The waitresses were very nice but the service a little slow. I advise you to book. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

SUCH a gem! Bincho Yakitori has this cozy, intimate vibe that feels super authentic. The skewers are incredible, especially the pork belly and chicken hearts. Each dish has got this delicious smoky flavor. The hispi cabbage with black garlic is a must try too. You might think that Bincho yakitori is no good for vegetarians but the veggie dishes are just as delicious. Portions are small but reasonably priced, which is great for trying a bit of everything. The staff are friendly and know their stuff, so don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations. They’ve also got a solid selection of sake and Japanese beers to pair with the food. If you’re in Brighton and want something different, give Bincho a go! It’s the perfect spot for a casual night out or a cozy dinner with friends. But make sure to book in advance!
