It’s a very authentic traditional Vietnamese dish. The pork skin is roasted until crispy, and it goes really well with fresh lettuce. It’s affordable and delicious. The aunty was very friendly and chatted with me. She was about to close up and gave me $20 worth of fresh bread because she said she never keeps it overnight. It was so good!
