Service was super slow, the place was half empty but we waited 20 minutes for two lattesthere are so many nicer places in the area, better have a coffee in one of these. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Unfortunately I have to change my rating because the service has deteriorated extremely. Things are constantly being forgotten and the food is no longer presented so beautifully. When you order juices, ice cubes and straws are no longer added to the glass. We actually ate at Birdie a lot (well over 50 times) but it's not as much fun as it was 2-3 years ago. I hope something will change soon, because I can see from the other reviews that this is not just my observation. Nevertheless, I go to Birdie because I like the concept and they serve breakfast all day. It would also be helpful if delivery times were adjusted on the website. Incredibly unfriendly service that takes forever to do everything and then becomes rude. The food doesn't taste that good and, according to the company, it's not even freshly prepared.
