Saw pictures on Uber eats and the food looked fire. Went all the way there in the rain during rush hour and it turns out the place doesn't exist. It's a commissary kitchen. Reply to owner: It's a commissary kitchen - it's called B3 collective and if you want to order, you have to use a delivery app or phone in. There is no employee or pos system to take your order on site, nor is there any signage or menus for birdies charcoal grill. Maybe you can stipulate that on your website that only mentions for take out. Don't make me pull out pictures and video.

We certainly do exist. We operate our take-out and delivery service out of the B3 Collective commissary kitchen. We also mention that we do not offer dine-in services across all of our business and social media profiles. Sorry if you didn’t catch that while looking us up.
