We stopped in for lunch and had a good time conversing @ the bar and with Geoff the bartender. Nice drinks and good food - clearly loved by locals! We shared an appetizer platter, and it was huge - as advertised. We also shared a sandwich & took half home. Parking a bit confusing, but we figured it out!

I thought I'd reviewed this place already. This is our 4th time here. And we're coming from Arizona. LOL. Consistently great service that is friendly and informative. The food has always been prepared perfectly. Fresh ingredients. Just found out tonight that they are a sister facility to Apple Annie's. This is the family friendlier one. They have the bar section, another indoor dining area that is a little quieter and an outdoor patio in the back.

First timer after heari was rave reviews. Birds Nest is Great place to dine! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting and its surprisingly larger than expected once inside. Perfectly crispy french fries (seemed to be "breaded" as they were super crunchy outside and fluffy inside.) AMAZING signature sauces (which o sampled with fries). I ordered the fried green tomato burger with the bistro sauce on the side after waitress explained it had a hint of horseradish. Burger was PERFECT and the sauce was the perfect condiment. The server was friendly, present when needed but otherwise unobtrusive during the meal. I went during lunch 1-2 pm and was out within an hour. Not a place to go if you are super limited on time or just a 30 min lunch break but id still highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food and/or drinks!
