Excellent products with focaccia, cherry tomatoes, onion and olives, truly the TOP in Gagliano. When you enter the oven you can still smell the aromas of the past, recommended for those who love tradition.

The owner is very kind and approachable. The best frize I've eaten here in Salento. We enjoyed them during the aperitif on the boat and asked the sailor to leave us instructions so we could purchase them. In the end we left there with a bag full of delicious products, spending very little.
