A simple food like a burger takes an hour to come out. Looks like their cook forgot to flip it. One side was burnt and other pink. Servers there have no personality or even speak proper English. Food in the restaurants there are only pricey and you get below average food and service. Food: 1 Service: 1

We have eaten at this restaurant since before it was open to the public. We were part of an invited group of Peppermill patrons to test the menu before public opening. We have always enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. We have always recommended this restaurant to friends and family and have often entertained there. The last number of visits have been more and more disappointing. Yesterday we visited again and ordered a traditional item that we have have many, many times. It was improperly prepared twice! We shared this information with the manager and the response was, at best, apologetic but we got the impression "who cares!". This restaurant has gone from a 10 to a 1 before our very eyes.

I walked into Biscotti’s Cafe this afternoon at 1:20 pm. Was told it would be 15 minutes to be seated, which surprised me because I counted 24 empty tables in the restaurant (far more tables in the restaurant were empty than full). I waited 15 minutes (without being called) and approached the hostess who seated me. After sitting down, waited another 15 minutes before any of the waitstaff approached me to even take my order even though the restaurant was almost empty. I can’t imagine how long people have to wait when the restaurant is busy. A big waste of 30 minutes of my day. I don’t know if this is incompetent management or incompetent staff, but probably both. Big disappointmentand will never go back. Service: 1
