We’ve had bison burgers at several different places before, but Bison Inn Cafe gave us hands down the best bison burger we’ve ever had. The burger was incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and unbelievably juicy without being overly greasy. You can genuinely taste the quality and care put into the food. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food came out fresh, and everything about the experience just felt authentic and comforting. If you’re in the area and thinking about trying a bison burger, this is the place to do it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
