The beef Wellington was lovely: the most tender and flavorful beef I’ve had in years, and a complex and rich sauce that perfectly complemented the dish. The Pavlova dessert sent me into raptures again, with exactly complementing texture and layered light and sweet flavors.
Highly recommend.
