Bistro 57 is great! Just went tonight for hubby bday and food was incredible. I recommend the calamari. It was cooked to perfection. Not too much coating and not chewy (overcooked calamari is rubbery and Bistro’s was perfect!). I had the chicken tortellini which was also perfect. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Calamari, House Salad, Vodka Penne

The Hostess.was great, the busser great ,the runner great! The waitress , not so much , the food about the same as the waitress! We were there around 4:30 on Sunday. Saw the waitress twice , when we ordered drinks & when she dropped off the bill..Never asked if we wanted another drink, the Veal Marsala was tough & over cooked ,yet the food was cold. When I tried to ask our waitress a question, she ignored me & took off like she had a plane to catch! Sorry, after our experience, I would never recommend this restaurant unless your going to the bar for drinks & appetizers..Surely they can't screw that up!
