Weekend Friesland with my brothers. We hoped to find a restaurant that would balance good food and atmosphere. After enjoying 7 hours (!) in Bistro Aragosta, we can say that we succeeded. What a nice place. We opted for a surprise menu. The menu lived up to its name, in a pleasant way We were particularly impressed by the young, passionate kitchen staff and service. Professional, jovial and - not unimportant - with humor. Got to know Chef Wouter in detail. What a beautiful and sincere story he has! We laughed, drank and danced after closing time.
