We reserved this bistro for my daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner. We communicated with Alberto and made arrangements through him. He told us that he was on vacation but was preparing all as requested. When our bridal party and friends/family arrived at the restaurant, we found that there was not an area set up for our party of 20. It was as if they didn’t know how many were coming. We had to keep asking for more tables and seats. Our group which included 2 babies had to stand around while a white-haired man slowly moved to get some king of arrangement made. The area/arrangement ended up being too small and hard to move around. If you cannot accommodate that amount of people, why would you not tell us?
There were no seafood cakes set out for the guests as requested. There were no pitchers of sangrias as we requested. The food staff acted like I was speaking a different language and clueless when I asked about it.
There was no green salad or warm bean salad that was supposed to included with the meal AND the price.
So, all the buffet had were meat and rice and beans. We are requesting a refund for not getting our complete order. I hope they will honor our request.
The food was undoubtable good but would not recommended for any event.
