This is my second visit to Bistro Encore - this restaurant is phenomenal! Their patê is excellent and their fixed price menu is amazing. Everything I’ve tried here has been excellent. The staff are courteous and attentive - even when the restaurant is very busy. This place is a hidden gem and a place I will revisit every time I’m in Sendai.
