I used to frequent the bistro almost 10years ago. Two weeks ago I thought to my husband and daughter there cause I used to enjoy their carbonara pasta. Got there the atmosphere was okay, the place is quiet hot inside. We got our starters; chicken tortillas and they were yummy probably the only good thing we ate. My daughter's chicken and chips was nothing to ride home about, the chicken tasted like it kept being refried. My husbands whole fish turned out to be just fish fillet, his portion of fries and my daughter's where the same Then I ordered carbonara with bacon i was given chicken carbonara asked them to change it. It tasted nothing like a carbonara. I found a cockroach in my coffee latte. The manager came and carried it away with no apology whatsoever. The latte still found its way on my bill till i reminded them of what I found. It was a horrible experience The standards have really dropped I don't know why...
