Bistro La Mer is a small and cozy eatery hidden away in an alley. I believe it's run by only a two person team, but they do an excellent job of it. They offer many wonderful dishes, but their specialty is seafood. I've sampled their cod ceviche, lobster bisque, and bacon-wrapped monkfish, and all were excellent. Especially the monkfish, it was cooked to perfection!
