Cold welcome and departure! Prices too high for equal quality compared to the competition. No heating, unacceptable to eat with scarves and coats (most customers in the dining room). Politely reported at the time of payment but the manager was in obvious bad faith. Last visit to this restaurant!!! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
