You will mess up if you order as a customer and then arrive 10 minutes late!! our follow-up calls and when we try to offer a solution the telephone conversation suddenly ends because you don't like to hear that if you were on time the food would be hot... unfortunately the arrival of the internet also means that the owners only have to watch how one-time customers undermine the hard work.. our kitchen is open to every customer to come and see how everything is freshly made!! about the rest of your statements, it is just scandalous how you treated me, my family, just to be clear, we are a complete Italian family with a total of 30 years of experience with a restaurant!! I don't even want to comment on the statement about stew because that is very low to the ground!! I can only apologize to anyone who feels offended by this statement!! the Bistro Tredici team is not flawless but always tries to do the maximum to give our customers the best on their plates!! it missed what you can do to apologize for certain things you said!! Long life my 100% Italian family !!
