Order from them on door dash. Got the dry pot chicken and white rice. The chicken was dry and one of the piece definitely tasted like spoiled food. The white rice was the worst! I almost threw up after a bite, it tasted sour and have this foul smell to it, I really think it's left over from many nights before. I just hope I don't get food poisoning from this

I tried so hard to not give this place one star, but every little thing they did ruined our experience. Let's start with the positives: the food on average tasted pretty good. Full stop. Next the negatives: 1. Tried to order over the phone, several items we tried to order weren't available to the point they told us to come in person to order as, 'it won't even take that long'. 2. We get there and they're watching TV. No customers, but not a problem. We order our food off of their heavily redacted menu (they claim COVID, and I truly feel for them). They tell me that my food will be ready in 20 minutes. We waited 55. Again, no one was there. Just tell me it'll take a long time instead of having us waiting outside and standing around for 55 minutes. 3. Food was pretty pricey. Again, we wanted to support a mom and pop business so we just went with it. 4. They messed up on my crawfish rice. I mean, REALLY messed up. It was SO salty. Salty to the point that it tasted like 1 cup of salt instead of 1 tsp. Absolutely inedible. For one's reference, we made fried rice with the crawfish with 5 cups of rice and 4 scrambled eggs in order to soak up all that salt. Unfortunately, it was too late for the crawfish at that point since it soaked up all the salt already. 5. The noodle soups, although delicious, gave everyone who ate them diarrhea. We know this is true because only 3 of the 7 of us didn't eat the soup, and we were fine. It's a shame that there were 4 sacrifices though. Unpleasant experience and not even my hunger from waiting so long could save some of the dishes.

My husband came here three times in two days. He's a picky diner so that says a lot about this place. Our taste buds fancy Shanghaiese/Northern Chinese food more than Xian food, which is more of their specialty. So when we first arrived we doubted if we should go in. Impressively, they do these Shanghaiese dishes pretty well. So far we've tried their Pork Chinese Cabbage Dumplings, Bistro Xia's Special Noodle, Shanghai Vegetable Rice Soup Pot, Organic Cauliflower in Dry Pot, Shredded Pork Egg Fried Rice. All delicious. Small place. Clean and comfortable with AC. Nice lady running this place.
