You will be offered perfectly cooked pizza. Clients don't highly appreciate ale and coffee at this restaurant. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. A lot of guests mark that the service is spectacular. Reasonable prices are something that should be said about BistroBox Denk. As many visitors remark, the atmosphere is charming. But most people who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

The coffee machine didn’t output coffee despite charging 3 euros. Service: 1

Response from the owner 8 months ago

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience We're sorry that no coffee was served despite payment – that shouldn't happen, of course. Please contact us directly via Instagram/Facebook Messenger, and we'll offer you an alternative solution. We're also checking the machine to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your understanding! Should this happen to you again, you can report the problem directly via ChatBoB www.bistrobox.com/support and receive compensation.
