Bistrot du 9eme has a great Foie Gras. There service is nice. We were looking to try Foie Gras one last time before we leave the next day. It was after midnight. All of the other kichens were closed. Their kitchen was also closed but when they heard we are looking for one last bite, they accomodated our wish. They served the Foie Gras with onion jam. I had never thought of onion jam. The Foie gras tasred great with the onion jam. It is one of the best we tried in Paris. I will definitely visit them again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
