A jewell in Kishiwada is Bistrot Pascal in Kishiwada, Osaka We went for our wedding anniversary and loved it. The course menu was delicious and very generous — great value (around AUD 150 for a full experience with French wine ). Chef Pascal brings authentic French cuisine, and the atmosphere with art and music makes it even more special. Highly recommend — go before it becomes too popular!
