Having seen Chateau de Fontainebleau, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. The menu of French cuisine under the direction of the popular chef is wonderful here. You can have perfectly cooked tartare, succulent steaks and prawns at Bistrot des Amis. To try tasty parfait, fruitcake and crumble is a truly nice idea.
The wine list is extensive, every visitor will find something that suits their taste. Visit this place for good coffee. The staff is said to be pleasant here. The fine service is a great plus of this spot. Tasty dishes at average prices are provided here. Food is at best average. Medium rare duck was partly raw. Service if you dont speak french, clearly you are not as welcome. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Good food, but questionable in terms of quantity/price. Correct service, but we felt a difference in treatment There was a rather elderly couple to whom we presented the menu, the suggestion of the day, the wine etc. And for us, young couple, hold the card and get lost The wine really wasn't good, I didn't drink it... but the staff accepted that they didn't count it on our bill. I had lunch this afternoon at the Bistrot des Amis in Fontainebleau, on their vast sunny terrace. It was a very pleasant experience. The service was fast and the staff very friendly. The place, right in the city center, is very welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the salmon tartare, which was delicious. Reviews from other customers confirm this impression: a warm atmosphere, quality dishes and a varied wine list that was suggested to me. A place to recommend without hesitation!
