In summary, BE CAREFUL OF YOUR BUSINESS!!! Time to take a photo or go to the toilet, and your bag disappears! My parents, passing through Valais, had lunch in this restaurant (good meal that said), and their bag disappeared. When they returned to ask at the restaurant, the waiter could barely stand on his feet (completely drunk) and denied having found a bag, even though he seemed to be hiding something behind the counter.... The next day, they went to the Geneva police to file a complaint, who called the restaurant. And there, as if by chance, he had the bag. 4 hours of driving to/from and 1 hour of waiting there to pick it up. No apology, no compensation offered. The owner of the establishment should be more selective when recruiting, because a dishonest waiter who is quick to drink during service is clearly not professional!! I often go to Champéry, I certainly won’t go and eat at the bistrot des Reines! Food: 3 Service: 1
