Best panini I’ve had in months , the service is second to none , I work 2 shops down and they bring me my order when I’m too busy to collect. Huge fillings and flavours for such a fantastic price. The food is delicious I highly recommend anyone pop in and try it. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been here on a couple of occasions with my partner and golden retriever and it has been medium service to date, but the prices are okay so we've continued to use the cafe as and when we needed it. Today, my partner and I had been walking around Cirencester on a rare trip without our dog for about 3 hours and spotted the cafe and decided to get food there as we hadn't eaten lunch yet and it was almost 3pm. I have a lot of scars on my legs and I'm very recently off crutches. I've been stop-start all day and taking breaks where I can to relieve the pain in them. There was 1 person sat in the entire café and it wasn't heaving. We stood looking at the menu to the right hand side of the door for about 2 - 3 minutes before we took a seat in one of the bistro chairs out front so I could rest my legs. We sat down for no longer than 1 minute in those chairs discussing what we were going to order (as my partner was going to order for me due to my legs). A woman with bleach blonde short hair came out and decided to abruptly snap at us and tell us to either order inside or go away because the seats were for customers only. Of course, we know this, but didn't expect to be approached and snapped at after only sitting down for a single minute! The prices are definitely no draw in comparison to the rudeness we received today and we left immediately as I have no desire to have lunch where I've just been snapped at. They lost a dual person lunch sale. Definitely will not be returning based on this experience. Staff need to work on their customer service approach and try not to snap at customers to order only a minute after they sat down. You don't know what medical condition they're suffering with and my partner and I had no desire to buy anything where we are forced to choose and order quickly. Terrible experience!!!!! Don't come here unless you want to be rushed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time in The Bite. Went for a drink. Food looked fab. Options of milk, gluten free and veggie. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Ran short of time and still had heaps of tea left in the pot and they were only too helpful to put it in a take-away cup. They’re priced so reasonably. I will be going back again and highly recommend you visit. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
