We were everything but pushed out the door at closing. While warned that our food would take an hour to come up, we had our plates less than five minutes before closing shop became purposefully uncomfortable. The staff leaving right at close was much more important than the customer experience here.

If you're in Hamilton and want good locally sourced food and beer to die for, Bitter Root Brewing is the place to go! They haven't been open for 25 years for no reason! On top of the good eats and drinks, the service and efficiency makes it the spot to stop!
