I learned about Jajamen from Hakuryu, but now I don't eat it anywhere else other than Biwan. This is a shop that has been serving Hakuryu-style Jajamen in Sendai long before the many Hakuryu-style Jajamen restaurants in Morioka were established. Those who are particular about Hakuryu's miso may find it strange, but once you get used to it, Hakuryu's miso tastes just salty.
