Monteiro Bar e Lanchonete was full of people, great movement. I sat down with my husband at one of the tables by the sea and we waited to be served. The menu was not given to us; who lent the menu of the environment itself was a customer who, like us, was sitting at a table next door. We tried to ignore it because the place was full, but we saw the waiter serve people who arrived later and we went unnoticed. We waited around 45 minutes until we got tired, turned our backs and left. I was upset because I have a great affectionate memory of the place, which my grandfather used to bring me before his passing. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, unfortunately.
