The best steak I have had on my 2 month visit to Cuenca. A fillet mignon cooked to perfection with mushroom sauce. At $15 for 200g it was expensive perhaps by Cuenca standards yet I deeply regretted not paying the extra $5 for an extra 100g! One minor quibble was that more mushroom sauce would have been nice.
